1 About Ruventa

Ruventa is an event marketplace platform that connects people planning celebrations with verified vendors and service providers across Egypt. By accessing or using our website at ruventa.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ruventa. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are 16 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date

3 Your Account

When you create an account on Ruventa, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4 For Vendors

If you list your services on Ruventa as a vendor, you agree that:

• All information in your listing (photos, descriptions, pricing) is accurate and not misleading
• You own or have the right to use all content you upload, including photos and branding
• You will respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You will honor commitments made to customers through the platform
• You will not post services that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights

Ruventa reserves the right to remove listings that violate these standards without prior notice.

5 For Planners & Customers

When using Ruventa to browse and contact vendors, you agree to:

• Use vendor contact information only for legitimate event planning purposes
• Not misrepresent yourself or your event when communicating with vendors
• Submit honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience
• Not post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews

6 Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Ruventa to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or vendors
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Circumvent any platform features designed to protect users

7 Intellectual Property

All content on Ruventa — including the logo, design, text, and code — is owned by Ruventa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

By uploading content to Ruventa (photos, descriptions, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ruventa acts as a marketplace connecting planners with vendors. We do not directly provide event services and are not a party to agreements made between planners and vendors. We are not liable for:

• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of vendor services
• Disputes between planners and vendors
• Any losses arising from your use of the platform
• Interruptions to platform availability or service outages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruventa's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ruventa at our discretion if you violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.

11 Governing Law
